一、采购项目基本情况
采购项目名称：巴南数智产业园分布式光伏电站运行维护服务
3.参与运维人员资质要求：（1）运维负责人具备电力工程技术专业中级及以上职称。
4.安全要求：取得有效的安全生产许可证。
（2）需提供以下业绩证明文件：合同协议书（合同首页、运维范围和服务期限内容页、合同双方的签署盖章页等）和运维服务发票。
（1）被国家企业信用信息公示系统网站（www.gsxt.gov.cn）列入严重违法失信企业名单；
（4）被中华人民共和国应急管理部网站（www.mem.gov.cn）列入安全生产失信联合惩戒“黑名单”；
9.其他要求：无。
四、响应文件的提交
报价截止时间： /报价截止时间前，通过华润集团守正电子招标平台提交电子响应文件或报价，逾期提交将被拒收。
